We have a delivery time of up to 15 working days to make the pieces. The shipping time is added to this period according to the customer's choice, which can be via PAC, SEDEX or courier at checkout.
For ready-to-deliver coats, the deadline is 2 days for posting plus shipping time, which is also the customer's choice.

Return and/or Exchange
If upon receiving the product, you decide to return or exchange it, you must do so within seven calendar days, counting from the date of receipt through our new platform by clicking here .
If the consumer wishes to make an exchange because the merchandise did not fit or the model or color was not to their liking, that is, when making an exchange that is not mandatory by law, the consumer must bear all shipping costs.
The product must be sent in the original packaging, and must not show signs of use. The deadline for completing the exchange is up to 30 (thirty) business days, starting from the day of receipt of the product at our Distribution Center.
IMPORTANT: We do not exchange personalized products! As they are exclusive products and made with a unique name, size and embroidery, we are unable to sell these goods in the event of a return. Pay attention to the measurement tables for each model so that your Coat fits you perfectly.
Reimbursement of amounts for product returns
In case of exchange of products purchased during a promotion/discount coupon, the credit value will be exactly the amount paid by the customer for the original order and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
If you choose to refund the requested amount instead of exchanging the product, this will be done according to the payment method selected at the end of the order.
Credit Card : To reimburse amounts paid by credit card, a total or partial refund/cancellation (if only one of the products is returned) of the transaction will be made with the credit card administrator. After the refund/cancellation request is made by this company, the credit will be identified by the credit card administrator on up to two invoices after the return is completed, depending on the closing date of the credit card invoice.
Credit Voucher: In the case of returning the order/product, choosing the “refund via Credit Voucher” option, this will be done within 10 working days after receipt of the merchandise. The Credit Voucher must be used within 6 months of issuance.
