General conditions
Occurrences involving exchange or return must always be reported to the Customer Service (SAC) by contato@holicoats.com.br or, if you prefer, by telephone (11) 99432- 8442, from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6 pm :00. We also have our exchanges and returns platform that can be accessed by clicking here .
When carrying out the exchange/return process, the customer must inform the customer via email. contato@holicoats.com.br the order number, reason for the exchange and date of occurrence.
IMPORTANT:Â We do not exchange personalized products! As they are exclusive products and made with a unique name, size and embroidery, we are unable to sell these goods in the event of a return. Pay attention to the measurement tables for each model so that your Coat fits you perfectly.
